COLD PLASTIC
COLD PLASTIC FOR ROAD MARKING
High-strength two-component coating based on acrylic resin for road marking application without using heating kettles. It cures through a chemical reaction after the hardener is added.
ENGINEERED FOR EXTREME LOADS
Specially developed for areas with heavy abrasion loads: pedestrian crossings, stop lines, parking lots, tunnels, and petrol stations. Minimal shrinkage, with a non-volatile matter content of 98%, preserves sharp profile definition.
APPLICATION METHODS AND PURPOSE
For manual application
Applied using spatulas, manual applicators, and stencils. Suitable for local areas, pedestrian crossings, parking lots, and stop lines.
For machine application
Modified for use with specialized road marking machines and structural marking applicators for solid, structural, and profile lines.
For spray application
Mechanized thin-layer application via spray nozzles.
AVAILABLE FORMULATIONS
By glass bead content:
- Premix (with intermix glass beads): Beads are distributed throughout the material to provide retroreflection as the marking wears.
- Without glass beads: Classic formulation (surface application of glass beads is ordered separately).
By climatic conditions:
- ❄️ For northern regions: operation at low temperatures.
- ⛅ For temperate climates: standard seasonal temperature changes.
- ☀️ For hot regions: formulation designed for high summer temperatures.
